We are returning to Hangzhou April 2-12 for further Tai Chi training with the Masters.
Anyone interested in travelling to Hangzhou should contact us by email. Itinerary will depend on who joins the tour, but you can count on quality Tai Chi instruction, great food and a wealth of cultural experiences.
You'll have to arrange your own flight, there are some great deals around at the moment. Arrive in Hangzhou Tuesday April 2 and return Friday April 12. Fly to Shanghai then fast train (1 hour) to Hangzhou. Allow about $2500 (depending on how many people and what we do) on top of your airfare for accommodation, food, training and everything else. If you want a longer trip visiting more places that can be arranged also.

Katrina, Adam and Kieran all performed very well in their black belt test. The quality of their kicking technique was the standout feature of their demonstration of skill.
Nerves were apparent in the beginning, but once they got going all went well. With the forms and technique combinations out of the way, the bag work was impressive.
Working with a partner the energy in the one-steps and free sparring was excellent. They successfully completed all breaks which included kicking, elbow strike and head butt.
Alex and Kevin did very well in their grading for advanced green belt. The effort they put into their preparation was apparent fron the quality of their performance. Both of them showed that the technical aspects of movement they concentrate on in practicing basic skills translated well into the free sparring format. well done.
There will be a black belt grading on Saturday december 8 2012, 10 am start, at Britannia Garage 124 Bulcock St Caloundra.
Candidates are Katrina Steen, Adam Fortino and Kieran Brumfit. All Tang Soo Tao practitioners, past and present, are invited to attend, along with family and friends of the candidates. Anyone who has trained with the candidates along their journey would be made very welcome.
After the test there will be a BBQ lunch provided, so if you could let me know in advance that you intend to come it would be appreciated.
14 hours of training between Friday evening and Sunday lunchtime reviewing ten levels of material in preparation for a Black Belt test in December.
The camp was a great success with excellent contributions from all participants. With the volume of training, everyone was fatigued but continued to put in maximum effort to the end.
Saturday was very hot but the training room was cool enough thanks to the efforts of Kevin Wright lining the roof in the weeks before the camp. We were lucky to have some cooler weather on Sunday for the last couple of sessions.
Katrina, Adam and Kieran are in great shape for their last month of training before the big day on Saturday 8th December.
