The calm, quiet mornings are easy to get used to. Swords were the feature of the morning, with some demonstrations by us for Master Li, then a review of basics and a couple of times through the whole form before some detail of the first half.
Some guests arrived and we were treated to a demonstration by a 60 year old Master who is a full time professional instructor - and it showed. Beautiful flowing soft but powerful movements with constant pace and rhythmad the sword seemed to be alive.
The afternoon of Tai Chi Daoyin Gong with Mister Zhou built on yesterdays session. The Chi Gung sequence and pushing exercises now half completed.
Turn to deflect in defence and push through while stepping forward to attack.

Personal Trainer, 3rd Dan Tang Soo Tao black belt and Tai Chi practicioner Stephen Ramsdale has a wealth of experience in the fitness industry that he uses to benefit his clients and readers. Based in Caloundra on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, Stephen runs a training studio from the Brittania Garage on Caloundra's Bulcock Street.

End of Year 2017

This summer classes will continue on the usual timetable with the exception of Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Niu Tai Chi classes 8:30 am Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Niu Tai Chi Push Hands practice Thursday evenings at 6:30.

CoPP Training 8:30 am Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Tang Soo Tao Black Belts 4:30 pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
