Tang Soo Tao Traditional Martial Arts: Separate Classes for Adults, Karate Kids 5-9 years, 9-12 years.

Pilates: core strength and sleek, toned muscle.

Tai Chi and Chi Gung: vitality, durability and longevity.

Tai Chi and Chai Tea ($5/class): health, balance and mobility.

Yang Style Niu Chunming Tai Chi: 27 Form, 40 Form, 81 Form; 57 Sword Form as taught by Meng Chunming and his Disciples in Hangzhou, China.

Group classes are $15 per session, or pay monthly by direct debit: 1 class/wk $55/mth; 2 class/wk $70/mth; 3+ class/wk $90/mth.
